What does "You have 1% higher chance of capturing" mean?

Hellu!

Just wondering iof anyone knows what "You have 1% higher chance of capturing" does...

1% more per roll?

1% more if you dont capture?

Is it visible or is it just in the roll?

(Is it anyone else but me who would like to see your roll when trying to capture? Just to see if you were close...) :)

1% per roll.  It adds 1% to the base capture rate %.

Hmm...

I just got my first "1% higher capture"-mastery.

But when I tried to recapture a commander I just captured, the chans was 0%.

E.g. no visible +1% for me :(

You don't see the "1% capture increase".

"Capture rate" is different that "recruit rate"

"Capture" is when the chain animation happens, so on 3*s with a normal capture rate of 25%(80%) ur 1% increase makes it 26% (81%).
